We're bringing the Winter blues. Outre has a series of wigs called Color Bomb, that features beautiful pastel colored ombre wigs with dark roots called Jhalay. Although Jhalay launched this summer, we chose to review it now to show you how to rock color this Winter. We reviewed Jhalay in the color Indigo Blue. The color is so pretty making it one of our favorite colored wigs of the year. The wig is a synthetic a-line bob styled in beautiful waves. It has a silky yaki texture and a middle part. This wigs color is so well done we recommend you checkout the other colors as well.
