Silky Sak Questions?

1. How do I know which size Silky Sak I should order? Each Silky Sak ranges in sizes from small to xlarge based on the length of the hair.

Small is for hair 10"-16" long

Medium is for hair 18"- 24" long

Large is for hair 26"- 32" long

XLarge is for hair 34"- 40" long

2. Can I store synthetic hair in a Silky Sak? Yes, you can store any type of hair inside a Silky Sak regardless to it being synthetic or human hair.

3. Can I store colored hair in my Silky Sak? Yes. Just make sure that the hair is completely dry and the color is set before placing it into the Silky Sak. 

4. Do I have to use the clips and straps when storing my hair? No it's optional. You can simply place the hair inside your Silky Sak. The silk lining will protect the hair the straps and hooks just hold the hair in place.

5. Can I return my Silky Sak? Yes you can return your Silky Sak within 14 days of shipping date and the invoice must be included. See our Customer Support page for exact details.
